We are excited to announce that The Blind Butcher will be opening to the public in the summer of 2026 at an awesome location at 9720 Coppertop Loop NE, Bainbridge Island. We are excited to join community mainstays like Bainbridge Brewing, Fletcher Bay Winery, Bainbridge Organic Distillers, Sweet Dahlia and Storyville Coffee Company in Coppertop Park.
As we open our doors this summer, we will be selling fresh beef, pork, chicken, lamb and turkey, raised at farms small farms in Washington State. We believe in field to table, as such we have created a truly local supply chain, and we are confident that you will taste the difference.
We practice whole-animal butchery, which means we break down entire animals and find a use for every part. You'll find cuts and products you won't see at a typical grocery counter. From dry-aged steaks to in-house smoked, cured and dried foods, alongside an ever changing menu of ready-to-cook dinner options, we aim to create a new experience for you.
