The Blind Butcher opens summer 2026 at 9720 Coppertop Loop NE, Bainbridge Island, joining Bainbridge Brewing, Fletcher Bay Winery, Bainbridge Organic Distillers, Sweet Dahlia, and Storyville Coffee at Coppertop Park.
We sell fresh beef, pork, chicken, lamb, and turkey from small farms across Washington State. Local animals, local processing, short supply chain. You'll taste the difference.
We practice whole-animal butchery: we break down entire animals and find a use for every part. That means cuts and products you won't find at a grocery counter. Dry-aged steaks, house-smoked and cured meats, South African biltong, and a rotating menu of ready-to-cook meals.
