The butcher shop for folks who care about their food

The Blind Butcher opens later in 2026 at 9720 Coppertop Loop NE, Bainbridge Island, joining Bainbridge Brewing, Fletcher Bay Winery, Bainbridge Organic Distillers, Sweet Dahlia, and Storyville Coffee at Coppertop Park. We are temporarily open from 8895 Three Tree Lane, Unit 9, Bainbridge Island for online orders and pickups until our state of the art store opens at Coppertop later this year.

We sell fresh beef, pork, chicken, lamb, and turkey from small farms across Washington State. Local animals, local processing, short supply chain. Not only will you taste the difference, fewer hands, and direct relationships means safer food.

We practice whole-animal butchery: we break down entire animals and find a use for every part. That means cuts and products you won't find at a grocery counter. Dry-aged steaks, house-smoked and cured meats, South African biltong, and a rotating menu of ready-to-cook meals.

Locally raised.

Locally sourced.

Cut with intention.

Don't let meat be an afterthought. We partner with local farms practicing regenerative agriculture. Whole animals, raised well, processed with care. Every cut in our case is here because we chose it, not because a distributor sent it. This is meat you can feel good putting on the table.
